Add a photo to your blog post

Want to add a photo to your blog post? The information is available in the section about how to post a blog as well, but we'll put it here too.
- You can add a photo into your post if you'd like. To do this, click
on the little picture of a tree at the top of the editing window (next
to the options such as bold, italic, underline, etc.) - A screen should pop up allowing you to upload your image. Make sure
your pop-up blocker allows pop-ups from SailingSmarter.com. - The screen will look like this:

- To get started, you'll need to click on the icon on the top right of the window, hightlighted in red in the above picture.
- When you click on this, another window will open up and you can
select the image that you want to insert. Again, Make sure pop-ups are
allowed. 
- Click on the "Brows" button and select the file which you would
like to upload from your local hard drive. Once selected, Click on
"Upload File" button. 
- You'll then see your image appear in the middle of hte screen (the
blue sail above) and your file information will appear at the top of
the screen (highlighted in green). To add your picture, just click on
the "add" text in the file information line. - Note that if you've uploaded pictures before, they will appear in
this window and you can insert them into another entry if you'd like.- On a side note, If you are viewing your profile and click on the
tab for "personal files", you will see a list of these attached images.
Note that these are not entered into the site wide gallery.

- Once you click "add", the second pop-up will close. You can select
your image alignment (we recommend "left" or "right" if you'd like the
text wrapped around the picture). You can play around with these
settings. - Then click on "Insert", and the image will appear at the position of your curser in your blog editting window.
